Atlas Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Applied AI/ML Engineer to design, build, and operationalize advanced AI/ML solutions that solve mission, operational, and business problems.

You will lead architectures, select models, run experiments, and collaborate with product and domain teams to deliver measurable value. The ideal candidate blends research, prototyping, and applied engineering, delivering end-to-end AI-enabled applications and production deployments with a focus on responsible AI

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS/ML/DS or engineering.
• 3+ years in applied AI/ML with production deployments.
• Experience with LLMs, fine-tuning, RAG, prompt engineering.

Responsabilités

• Design, build, and deploy scalable AI/ML tools for use cases.
• Develop end-to-end ML pipelines including data ingestion and training.
• Implement production-grade inference systems and APIs.
• Lead experimentation, define hypotheses, and assess model performance.
• Collaborate with teams to build robust AI-enabled architectures.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to coding standards.
