Job summary

Ozmo Incorporated is seeking a Senior Applied AI Engineer to build the next generation of agentic AI products for enterprise SaaS. You will own the full lifecycle from discovery through pilots, GA, and continuous iteration, designing architectures with LangGraph, LangChain, and related tools.

You will lead the agent infrastructure, knowledge retrieval layers, and security considerations, while ensuring reliability, latency, and cost targets in production environments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience in production SaaS.
• 2+ years of hands-on production LLM/agent experience.
• Proven track record shipping AI products from prototype to production.
• Experience with AI coding agents (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Gemini CLI).
• Deep hands-on experience building agentic systems: tooling, orchestration, multi-agent workflows, human-in-the-loop.
• Strong knowledge of AI infrastructure: MCP, agent gateways, memory, evaluation, observability.
• Production cloud-native experience: Kubernetes, CI/CD, IaC, Docker, AWS/Azure/GCP.

Responsibilities

• Build production-grade agentic AI products addressing enterprise problems.
• Own full product lifecycle from discovery to GA and iteration.
• Design agentic architectures using LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, or equivalents.
• Build agent infrastructure layer: MCP servers/tools, skills, gateways, inter-communication.
• Develop knowledge and retrieval layer: RAG, hybrid retrieval, taxonomy, provenance, lifecycle management.
• Ensure security, multi-tenant isolation, auditability, guardrails, and prompt-injection protection.
• Establish observability to measure latency, cost, quality, and reliability.
