Job summary

LTS is seeking a full-time Senior Applied AI Engineer to design and implement production-ready AI capabilities, optimize agent performance, and evaluate AI systems while working remotely.

You will design AI features to improve reasoning and accuracy, refine RAG pipelines, develop evaluation benchmarks, and contribute to scalable AI solutions across the platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, applied AI, or machine learning development.
• Demonstrated experience in developing production AI applications powered by Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Experience with prompt engineering, embeddings, and semantic search.
• Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with AI frameworks such as LangChain or similar.

Responsibilities
