Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER ARS PDCAD division in Fayetteville, NC is seeking a Senior Applications Engineer to provide applications engineering for the aftermarket product line. The role includes engineering designs, guiding engineers and designers, and collaborating with customers and field sales.

Relocation assistance is available for U.S. residents. The salary range is $86,000 to $115,000 annually, with placement based on experience and market considerations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of one year of engineering experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration status or work visas.

Responsibilities

• Provide applications engineering for product line support.
• Guide and coordinate with application engineers and designers.
• Collaborate with direct customers and field sales to meet requirements.
• Interpret customer diagrams and specifications to determine order requirements.
• Set up and program PLC, HMI/MMI applications and electrical relays.
• Generate electrical schematics and mechanical layouts from Sales/Marketing inputs.
