Job summary

SoTalent seeks a Senior Application Systems Analyst to support, optimize, and implement revenue cycle applications and processes. This role acts as a liaison between business users, IT, and vendors, translating requirements into practical technology solutions.

Responsibilities include leading QA and complex testing, analyzing workflows, coordinating changes, mentoring junior staff, and delivering documentation. Occasional travel and longer hours may be required during critical incidents.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, information systems, or a related field.

• Provide project status updates, technical recommendations, and risk information to stakeholders.
• Support cross-application initiatives and high-impact vendor changes.
• Develop and review technical and user documentation.
• Assist with user and team training and serve as a knowledge resource and mentor to junior team members.
• Stay current with application capabilities, healthcare technology, industry practices, and emerging solutions.

Epic Experience

For Epic-focused roles, certification or proficiency in the assigned Epic module is required within six months of employment, with ongoing version training required to maintain certification or proficiency.

Work Arrangement

The role may require additional hours during critical incidents and occasional travel to support business requirements.
