Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, maintain, tune, and secure application systems; create and maintain SOPs.
• Operate and maintain mandated applications and emerging technologies under Agency SOC control; manage software lifecycle.
• Support ISSOs during ATO/ATT process with required documentation.
• Develop, deploy, and integrate ML/AI into the Agency's security tool suite.
• Perform weekly security impact assessments and assist with vendor evaluations and impact analysis.
• Ensure continuous monitoring with alerting for critical incidents and daily status reporting.
• Manage configuration items under the CM tool and support Change Management policy compliance.
• Ensure logging complies with Federal Security Logging mandates and assist Service Desk in remediation.
