Job summary

You will review P&IDs, recommend pump types and configurations, collaborate with engineers and project teams, and travel 20–30% to customer sites. Requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering and 10+ years’ experience in sanitary processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering required.
• Minimum of 10+ years of process engineering experience in sanitary process or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of process design, sanitary equipment, and fluid systems.
• Experience leading customer projects from concept through execution.
• Proficiency with MS Office; AutoCAD or similar software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical reviews, present equipment recommendations, and clearly communicate process concepts to customers and internal teams.
• Serve as the primary technical resource for clients over project lifecycles.
• Assist customers in sizing and selecting equipment aligned with process goals and sanitary standards.
• Review client specifications, P&IDs and drawings to determine appropriate equipment sizes and configurations.
• Collaborate with plant managers, engineers and project teams to identify cost-effective solutions.
• Conduct technical presentations to integrators, engineering firms and consultants related to LPE offerings.
• Provide mentorship and support to junior engineers and applications staff.
• Travel to customer locations as required (20–30%).
• Obtain and evaluate vendor quotes; generate pricing quotations for equipment.
