Responsibilities

• Provide technical support via phone, email, and other channels.
• Design solutions that meet customer needs and solve real-world problems.
• Conduct feasibility tests and validate proposed solutions.
• Deliver training for internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify sales opportunities and submit leads through the Apps SPEAKS program.
