The Harvest Group is seeking a Sr. Application Developer to craft and own software solutions for business problems. This role requires building innovative applications and upholding enterprise standards, with a focus on maintainability and quality.

The position is based in Rogers, AR, and relocation support is not provided. You will collaborate in an Agile environment, contribute to architectural decisions, and mentor junior team members while delivering impactful software across the retail

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience solving business problems.
• Significant experience with C# or related languages.
• Significant experience with JavaScript, ReactJS, HTML, CSS.
• Strong knowledge of data structures and software design patterns.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and Agile methodologies.
• DevOps experience including source control and unit testing.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to development and enhancement of new or existing software applications.
• Align with enterprise architecture and standards.
• Write high-quality, testable code following modern patterns.
• Collaborate in Agile/Scrum sprints and participate in planning/standups/retrospectives.
• Provide mentorship to junior developers and share best practices.
• Engage in code reviews and constructive feedback.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex software issues.
