Job summary

Connected Logistics is seeking an experienced software leader to design and implement complex software solutions in a fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes architecture leadership, mentorship, and delivering value through agile practices.

Responsibilities include specifying designs, codifying standards, and guiding teams in AI-enabled tooling, API integration, and low-code BPMN platforms. The position requires a strong background in information technology and a Tier 3 Secret clearance.

Qualifications

BS in Information Technology required.
10 years of relevant experience.
Expert experience in sustainment lifecycle management for programs and projects.
Proven experience incorporating AI-enabled tools and workflows.
Experience leading software development teams or projects.
Experience with APIs to support Low-Code/No Code Development Platform models.
Experience using low-code/no-code BPMN tools.
Experience developing automation software based on BPMN models.
Experience as an application programmer on large-scale DBMS and complex software.
Experience in agile and hybrid low-code development.
Must possess a Tier 3 Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

Analyzes functional business applications and design specifications for areas such as finance, accounting, personnel, logistics, and contracts.
Translates design into software; designs, codes, tests, debugs, and refines software.
Prepares program- and user-level documentation.
Enhances software to improve efficiency and reduce operating time.
Develops procedures to solve complex problems considering resources and constraints.
Design and develop complex software solutions; lead architecture discussions.
