Home Appliance in Brunswick, Ohio is seeking an experienced Appliance Repair Technician to diagnose, maintain, and repair major household appliances across Northeast Ohio. You will independently manage a service route, diagnose problems, perform quality repairs, and deliver an excellent customer experience with access to manufacturer training, company support, and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous appliance repair experience.
• Ability to diagnose and repair kitchen and laundry appliances.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Interpret wiring diagrams, service manuals, error codes, and technical information.
• Proficiency with diagnostic equipment, hand tools, and repair procedures.
• Ability to use computers, mobile devices, and online technical resources.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Willingness to complete background check and drug-screening process.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage an assigned service route.
• Respond to customer requests for appliance service.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic appliance problems.
• Repair refrigerators, ranges, ovens, cooktops, dishwashers, washers, dryers, and other major household appliances.
• Perform preventive maintenance and warranty service.
• Follow manufacturer specifications and procedures.
• Explain appliance problems and repair recommendations to customers.
• Maintain accurate service records and inventory.
