Ferguson Enterprises, LLC. installation associates deliver, install, and remove appliances in commercial and residential settings. This family-friendly role offers full training, great benefits, and multiple career paths.

Starting at $23/hr or more with experience, schedule Monday–Friday 7am–5pm with overtime as needed. Ferguson is a Fortune 500 company with extensive product ranges, a strong focus on customer solutions, and opportunities for professional and financial growth across the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the other installation teams.
• Observe installations and provide feedback for ongoing training.
• Help resolve claims and customer issues.
• Maintain parts storage areas and place replenishment orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of company trucks.
• Act as liaison between shipping/picking leadership and Area Installation Manager.
• Perform pre- and post-installation inspections and engage with builders.
• Collaborate with Area Installation Manager to improve the program.
• Use 3rd party software to enter data, pull reports, and build project master sheets.
• Be responsible for providing driver duties.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to the other installation teams
• Observe installations and provide feedback as part of the installers ongoing training
• Help resolve claims and customer issues
• Maintain parts storage areas in the warehouses, including organization, and placing replenishment orders.
• Maintain accountability for the cleanliness and organization of the company trucks.
• Act as a liaison between the shipping and picking leadership in the warehouse and communicate long term needs to Area Installation Manager
• Perform pre-installation and post-installation inspections of jobs and effectively engage with builders to create a strong rapport and to promote strong customer retention
• Partner with Area Installation Manager to implement constructive ideas for improvement of the program
• Use 3rd party software applications to enter data, pull reports, and build Project Master sheets when needed
• Be responsible for providing driver duties and responsibilities.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience with construction, kitchen, plumbing or home appliance products or installations, highly preferred
• Valid state issued license is required
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Possession of a DOT Medical Card or the ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card
• With the assistance of lifting equipment such as stair climber, oven lifts, and/or air sled, the ability to lift 70+ pound objects frequently and 90+ pound objects occasionally.
• Proven leadership experience preferred...you will be a go to resource for fellow installers, sales associates, and customers
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Document detailed job notes in a clear and concise way
• Ability to read and understand product specifications and project plans is highly preferred
• Outstanding attention to detail and ability to coordinate and prioritize work
• Organization, time management, and problem solving skills
• Self-starter, critical thinker, and self-sufficient
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)

- Pay Range: - $20.31 - $30.46 - Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

- This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
