Job summary

Groundswell is seeking a Senior Appian Developer Consultant in Alabama to provide integrated architecture support and guide clients on technical success. In this role, you will lead teams through complex implementations, mentor delivery teams, and ensure solutions meet performance standards.

Ideal candidates must have over 3 years of Appian experience, a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, and strong problem-solving and communication skills. Comprehensive benefits including health plans and a 401K match are offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Appian solutions.
• 5+ years of related IT experience.
• Active Appian Senior or Lead Certification.
• Strong experience with Appian delivery using Agile methodology.
• Effective communication skills for conveying complex concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation teams through complex solutions with Appian.
• Guide clients on architecture design and configuration management.
• Create implementation best practices and knowledge base articles.
• Provide mentorship and training to internal resources.
