Job summary

Atlas Technologies is seeking a Senior Appian Certified Developer to design and implement complex process automation bridging Appian and PeopleSoft. You will build an agile interface layer, secure data exchanges, and scalable workflows within Appian.

The role requires 5+ years of Appian experience, strong REST/SOAP skills, and DoD Secret clearance eligibility. Bachelor’s in CS/IT plus Appian/Security certifications are expected, with remote work options for eligible residents.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on Appian development experience.
• Experience with Appian 24.x or higher.
• Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP, JSON, and XML.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or equivalent.
• Appian Certified Senior Developer or Lead Developer, plus Security+ CE.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure Connected Systems and Integration Objects to consume PeopleSoft web services (REST/SOAP).
• Model complex CDTs and Record Types aligned to Oracle schemas.
• Develop end-to-end process models triggering actions in PeopleSoft (onboarding, approvals, procurement).
• Create Appian Web APIs for real-time data updates back into Appian.
• Build import, transformation, and dashboards in Appian SAIl for unified UX.
• Implement secure handshakes between systems using OAuth 2.0, SAML, or certificates.
