The Testing Manager will oversee all aspects of product testing to ensure apparel meets internal quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations, while coordinating with cross-functional teams to maintain product integrity through development and bulk shipment cycles.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of apparel product testing, QA or compliance in multi-brand/retail.
• Familiar with CPSIA, REACH, Prop 65 and global chemical management.
• Experience interpreting lab reports and CAPA-driven actions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee testing protocols for physical, chemical and performance tests.
• Manage third-party labs and ensure timely, accurate results.
• Review test reports and disposition failures with root-cause analysis.
• Maintain records of test results, certifications and compliance docs.
• Ensure products comply with CPSIA, REACH, Prop 65 and safety reviews.
• Collaborate with Design, Technical Design, Production and Sourcing.
