Job summary

Vogrinc Search Group is seeking a Production Coordinator in New York to manage communications with factories on production matters, track the lifecycle of styles in production, and ensure compliance with retailer requirements for color, artwork, fabrics, PP samples and testing.

You will monitor production and delivery status via daily emails and a PLM system, prepare Time and Action reports, coordinate lab dips and approvals with Design and Tech, and keep all stakeholders informed to maintain

Qualifications

5+ years’ experience in apparel production.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with tech packs and apparel.
Excellent communication with factories and internal teams.

Responsibilities

Manage communication to factories on all production related matters.
Track the lifecycle of all styles in production.
Follow retailer requirements to factories for color, artwork, fabrics, PP samples, Testing.
Follow up on production and delivery status through daily emails and PLM system.
Track submits, approvals and timelines with the Time and Action reports, Work in Process and daily emails with the factory.
Coordinate lab dips, strike-offs and sample submits with Design and Tech departments.
