Job summary

The North Face in Denver is seeking a Senior Product Developer, Apparel to lead end-to-end development of complex apparel from concept to bulk production. You will partner with Design, Sourcing, and Manufacturing to translate concept into production-ready samples, manage BOMs, specs, and tech packs, and drive cost and quality targets.

Qualifications

• Degree in Product Development, Apparel Design, or related field; related work experience acceptable.
• 6+ years of experience in Apparel Product Development.
• Fluency in English; other languages a plus.
• Familiarity with patternmaking and grading.
• Knowledge of PLM/PDM systems and apparel development processes/tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of complex apparel products from concept through bulk production approval.
• Own commercialization strategy for high-profile product categories.
• Ensure products meet quality, cost, calendar, construction, BOM, and manufacturability targets.
• Translate designer intent into 3D and physical prototypes; optimize construction and cost.
