The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and substantial experience in software engineering, specifically in API development. The position is located in Reston, Virginia and will last for 12 months with potential extensions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• 3+ years of experience developing APIs using Node.js or Python.
• Strong experience with OpenAPI Specifications.
• Proficient in CI/CD tools, especially Jenkins.
• Practical experience with IBM DataPower and IBM API Connect.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and integrate secure APIs using Node.js or Python.
