Job summary

U.S. Bank seeks a senior API and integration engineer to lead design, development, testing and maintenance of API products. You will own full stack delivery, drive architectural best practices, and ensure security and compliance across enterprise API standards.

This role requires 5+ years in API governance or related fields, expertise in REST, OpenAPI, and API management platforms, and strong technical documentation and collaboration skills. Hybrid work at a U.S. Bank location is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in API governance, architecture, or related disciplines.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, OpenAPI, authentication and error handling.

Responsibilities

• Own full stack responsibilities with production-ready code.
