Job summary

CGS Federal is seeking a Senior APEX Developer to join the Legal department. The role focuses on designing, debugging, coding, and maintaining Oracle APEX applications and related front-end technologies to support the LAWS project.

The candidate will participate in technical meetings, coordinate with other divisions for complex problems, and provide end-user training and documentation. Strong emphasis on O&M procedures and user support.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and maintaining Oracle APEX applications.
• Experience with web front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript).
• Ability to provide end-user support and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Participate in teleconferences or technical meetings to review, educate, and support program objectives.
• Design, debug, code, and maintain Oracle APEX applications.
• Develop, debug, code, and maintain Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), HyperText Markup Language (HTML), JavaScript, and Asynchronous JavaScript and XML (AJAX).
• Design, develop, and incorporate new capabilities into the Legal Analysis Workflow System (LAWS) application based on OGC requirements.
• Coordinate with other divisions for complex problem resolution.
• Perform Operation and Maintenance (O&M) standard operating procedures for the LAWS application and other APEX applications as needed.
• Provide direct end‑user support for LAWS.
• Develop supporting documentation, training materials, and provide end‑user training support.
• Assist with ensuring requirements are documented and met.
