General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) is seeking an AOC Weapon System Senior SME / Systems Engineer to join our team in Hampton, Virginia. The role focuses on engineering, sustainment, and integration of the AOC WS baseline across CONUS and OCONUS locations, collaborating with cross-functional teams and program leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with 10+ years of experience.
• 5+ years in an Operations Center or related C2 environment.
• 7+ years in DoW weapons system engineering, sustainment, or integration; AOC WS experience preferred.
• 8+ years in Training, Engineering, Program or Project Management in military or civilian environment.
• 5+ years in DoW systems integration, infrastructure sustainment, security engineering in a classified environment.
• Active Top Secret clearance required; TS/SCI eligibility preferred.
• U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical actions within the AOC WS engineering and integration teams.
• Interface with stakeholders to optimize products and ensure compliance and open communications.
• Grow and maintain communication with AOC WS functional area Government leads.
• Respond to Government needs and address complex technical requirements with a global team.
• Deploy, implement, tune, design, test, and administer AOC WS on-premise hardware and software.
• Support ECR/CCB processes and CPMR/CNIMT configuration management tools.
