Job summary

Adobe is seeking a hardworking Legal Specialist to provide support for the Antitrust team. The role is based in San Jose, CA or San Francisco, CA and involves building processes, managing matter tools, and coordinating projects across the organization.

You will work under supervision to handle complex antitrust matters, liaise with outside counsel, and lead e-discovery efforts while driving process improvements across Adobe Legal and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required.
• 6-8 years of relevant experience as a legal professional, preferably in a law firm or in-house.
• Familiarity with antitrust law is a plus.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables and priorities while staying accurate.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end support for complex antitrust matters, including regulatory and internal investigations, litigation, and M&A, coordinating with Adobe legal, business, and technical teams.
• Develop and maintain matter management plans, timelines, budgets, repositories, and status dashboards for active matters.
• Coordinate with outside counsel/economic consultants and Adobe internal participants, ensuring clear communication and cost management.
• Schedule interviews, meetings, depositions, and other matter events; assist in preparing for those events.
• Conduct structured investigative research, interviewing, locating information, and analyzing data.
