Job summary

Recruyt is seeking a Senior Antenna Engineer to take end-to-end ownership of antenna design and performance for our wireless hardware portfolio. You will drive architecture, simulations, prototyping, testing, validation, and production support across sub-GHz to Wi-Fi bands in real-world environments.

You will work hands-on with HFSS/CST/FEKO, perform RF measurements in chambers, and optimize compact multi-radio systems while ensuring robust connectivity in space-constrained devices such as IoT,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics, Electromagnetics, or related field.
• 5+ years of antenna design experience, from concept through production.
• Strong understanding of electromagnetics, RF principles, impedance matching, radiation patterns, and antenna efficiency.
• Proficiency with electromagnetic simulation tools HFSS, CST, or FEKO.
• Hands-on RF measurement experience with VNAs, spectrum analyzers, and antenna chambers.
• Experience designing antennas for space-constrained products such as IoT devices, drones, robotics, vehicles, or consumer electronics.
• Ability to independently own complex engineering projects.

About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Antenna Engineer to take end-to-end ownership of antenna design and performance across a range of wireless hardware products.

This is a hands-on engineering role spanning antenna architecture, electromagnetic simulation, prototyping, testing, validation, and production. You'll play a critical role in ensuring reliable wireless connectivity across complex, multi-radio systems deployed in real-world environments.

• Proficiency with electromagnetic simulation tools such as HFSS, CST, or FEKO.
• Hands-on experience with RF measurement equipment, including VNAs, spectrum analyzers, and antenna chambers.
• Experience designing antennas for space-constrained products such as IoT devices, drones, robotics, vehicles, or consumer electronics.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to independently own complex engineering projects.

Nice to Have

• Master's degree or PhD in a relevant engineering discipline.
• Experience with sub-GHz/ISM bands, FCC certification, or multi-radio coexistence.
• Experience with industrial or outdoor wireless hardware.
• Python or MATLAB experience for testing and measurement automation.
