RTX is recruiting for an Airborne Antenna Design Engineer in McKinney, TX. You will design, develop, and deploy RF passive circuits and EM modeling while following established procedures and partnering with program leadership to ensure design objectives are met.
You will bring 5+ years of STEM experience in passive circuit design or EM modeling, familiarity with RF test equipment, and strong problem-solving and communication skills. Travel may be required and a U.S. DoD clearance is preferred.

The Airborne Antenna Design department headquartered in McKinney, Texas is responsible for full-scope Independent Design, Verification & Validation (IV&V) solutions for antenna products, including architecture trades, design, development, integration, deployment, and sustainment of antenna systems and associated integrated system verification solutions.
The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD.
