Job summary

Quantum Technologies. LLC is seeking a seasoned Lead Front-End Engineer to architect and deliver a complex Angular UI from inception to deployment. You will set coding standards, guide API integration with Java back-ends, and drive a culture of testing and performance optimization.

You will mentor junior developers, enforce best practices, and ensure the UI scales for future growth while operating in an Agile Scrum and SecDevOps environment with Kubernetes deployments.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree with 12+ years of related experience or MS with 10+ years.
• Must obtain CBP Background Investigation prior to start.
• Experience with Agile Scrum and SecDevOps environments.
• Experience with containerized apps (Docker, Kubernetes).
• 4+ years of hands-on Angular (v2+) experience.
• Experience with front-end build tools (Webpack, Babel, NPM, Node).
• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices integration.
• Familiarity with Java backend integration and JWT auth.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of a complex Angular UI from inception to production.
• Define UI development best practices, coding standards, and architecture.
• Collaborate with Java back-end teams to align APIs and UI integration.
• Develop thorough unit, integration, and end-to-end testing strategies.
• Architect scalable, maintainable front-end solutions for growth.
• Mentor junior developers and foster technical excellence in the UI team.
• Ensure UI performance, responsiveness, and superior user experience.
• Operate within Agile Scrum and SecDevOps culture; drive Kubernetes deployments.
