Job summary

Safe-Guard Products International LLC is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design and build Angular/Typescript applications, with ownership of features across front-end and back-end systems. The role requires collaboration with product, QA, and cross-functional teams to deliver robust, scalable solutions while maintaining strong data integrity.

You will mentor teammates, manage releases, and participate in agile ceremonies, contributing to an upgrade roadmap and architectural decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Angular and Typescript, with experience building high-performance apps.
• Experience with relational databases (SQL, PostgreSQL).
• Designing and consuming RESTful APIs with third-party integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design and build features for Angular-based applications.
• Own the release process including deployments and release scheduling.
• Maintain and enhance backend APIs and collaborate with API consumers.
• Work with product, QA, and cross-functional teams to deliver features.
• Review code from junior developers to improve quality and practices.
• Triage bugs and security issues with engineering leadership.
• Monitor app performance and resolve issues across the stack.
• Provide estimates for sprints and roadmap planning.
