Job summary
KTE Services in East Texas seeks a visionary, team-oriented anesthesiologist to join a robust practice anchored by a large CRNA team at a 425-bed regional center with Level II trauma capabilities. You will help sustain a high-volume, high-quality anesthesia program in a collaborative environment.
The role emphasizes leadership, patient safety and efficient care, with home-call and a roughly 50-hour work week and substantial time off.
Qualifications
- Board certification by the American Board of Anesthesiology (ABA) required or new graduates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in a high-volume, multi-disciplinary anesthesia practice.
- Strong leadership and collaboration with CRNA team.
- Commitment to quality, efficiency and patient safety.
Responsibilities
- Lead anesthesia care across major surgical services including vascular, orthopedics and regional anesthesia.
- Maintain a medically directed model with CRNAs and no resident supervision.
- Support home-call coverage and participate in a 50-hour work week with time off.
- Help shape the future of anesthesia services in a growing East Texas medical community.
