You will guide engineers on safe, validated use of AI-assisted tools, establish robust validation practices, and drive high quality, reliable software delivery across the team in Columbus, OH.

Qualifications

• Formal software engineering training or certification is required.
• Hands-on experience in Android application development, system design, testing, and operational stability is required.
• Experience leading engineers and promoting safe, validated use of AI-assisted development tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of secure, stable, and scalable Android authentication software, including system design, coding, testing, troubleshooting, and operational improvements.
