Job summary

Finom is seeking a Senior Android Engineer/Tech Lead to shape and own features in our Android application used by European business owners. You will work in a cross-functional team with Backend, Mobile, ML/AI, QA, Design, and Product to deliver end-to-end solutions.

You will drive architecture decisions, improve testing and performance, and mentor engineers while shipping high-impact fintech features like cash flows, card issuance, and AI-powered accounting support.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Android development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Kotlin and modern Android app architecture.
• Experience with CI/CD and high code quality standards.
