Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with five years Android/Kotlin experience.
• 5 years of Android app development using Kotlin and Android SDK.
• Three years with Java, Coroutines, and CoroutineWorker; memory management for multithreading.
• Experience consuming REST APIs with Retrofit or OkHttp; GraphQL querying.
• CI/CD pipelines experience using GitHub Actions and Jenkins; UI design with Android Studio.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership in designing and developing new software and web applications.
• Write, clean, and maintain Kotlin Android code for mobile apps.
• Develop architecture using core Android components and MVVM patterns.
• Collaborate with QA and stakeholders to ensure apps meet specs and requirements.
• Lead architecture discussions and mentor junior engineers.
• Support and roll out software updates and new releases.
