Pentangle Tech Services | P5 Group is seeking an experienced Android Mobile Developer to join our Application Engineering team in Plano, TX. This Senior role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality Android applications, while improving architecture and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver user-friendly mobile solutions.

You will work with Engineers to build robust apps, implement best practices, and ensure security and performance across platforms.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of native mobile app development experience.
• Mandatory native Android development; familiarity with iOS, Flutter, React Native is a plus.
• Strong Kotlin and Java development; Jetpack Compose expertise.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and integrating third-party libraries.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain Android mobile applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and ship features.
• Write clean, maintainable code following best practices.
• Participate in full app lifecycle: concept to maintenance.
• Debug issues to ensure optimal performance.
• Perform unit testing and ensure robustness.
