VLink Inc. is seeking a Senior Android Mobile Developer to join our team as a permanent full-time role. You will collaborate with Product Owners, SMEs, and Technical Managers to build native Android applications, delivering scalable, maintainable code.

The role emphasizes MVVM/MVP patterns, Java/Kotlin development, and strong API security with REST APIs. You will work in a fast-paced, distributed environment with a focus on quality and HIPAA-compliant practices.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with mobile development.
• 5+ years of Android development.
• 4+ years of experience in Rest APIs and API Authentication.
• Strong experience with MVVM design patterns.
• Proficiency with Android Studio, Gradle, Git, Postman, Firebase and Google services.
• OAuth/API security experience is required.
• Experience with Retrofit, GSON, RxJava, Kotlin Coroutines.
• Strong collaboration in distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Senior Android Developer to develop and enhance features for mobile apps.
• Create and review technical designs for real world entities/relationships/scenarios and translate into mobile objects.
• Develop source code for mobile apps using Java & Kotlin.
• Use IDEs like Android Studio, Eclipse, and Xcode.
• Review code and maintain unit test coverage.
