• Own the architecture of major client areas; set conventions and raise the bar for code quality, performance, and reliability.
• Drive a high-quality consumer experience — smooth scrolling, fast load, low crash rate — and instrument it to measure and improve it.
• Partner with design, product, and backend engineers to scope and sequence work in a fast 0→1 environment.
• Mentor other engineers through code review, design review, and pairing.
