Job summary

Qonto is seeking an Android Engineer to own end-to-end features in a large, modular Kotlin codebase. You will collaborate with Product, Design, Backend, and Frontend to deliver reliable mobile experiences for European businesses.

You’ll work in an AI-first engineering environment, apply modern Android practices, and mentor teammates while maintaining high-quality code and scalable architecture.

Qualifications

• Strong Android native experience with Kotlin.
• Quality-driven mindset with emphasis on tests and clean code.
• Able to solve problems in ambiguity and design robust solutions.
• Active use of AI coding tools to boost output.
• Collaborative by nature and fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Own features end-to-end from discovery to rollout.
• Drive technical decisions within your squad across UX, performance and security.
• Raise app reliability through architecture, testing, and maintenance.
• Tackle complex mobile challenges including real-time sync and modular architecture.
• Mentor peers, participate in code reviews and share patterns.
