Bristol & Bates is seeking an Android developer to build and enhance a top-tier mobile experience in the Summerlin South/Spring Valley area of Las Vegas, Nevada. This full-time role involves developing new features and improvements as a part of the mobile development team.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of Android development experience using Java and Kotlin, a strong attention to quality, and the ability to work with backend and third-party APIs. The position includes fully paid benefits, paid time off, and various onsite perks.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience building and releasing consumer apps for Google Play on Android phones and tablets.
• Experience with Android development, Java, and Kotlin.
• Ability to architect and integrate apps with backend and 3rd-party APIs.
• Demonstrated success mentoring engineers in Android development.
• Writes unit tests, integration tests, and is familiar with test-driven development.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for new features and improvements for the app.
• Work as part of the in-house mobile team for Android and iOS development.
• Produce documentation for development process, standards, and test plans.
