Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in customer, marketing, product, retail, dealer, ecommerce, or commercial analytics.
• Expertise using visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau to communicate insights.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL.
• Experience using cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and Microsoft Fabric.
• Ability to write Python code for analytics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate analytical findings into concise, stakeholder-ready summaries and narratives.
• Communicate the 'so what' behind the data, impacts on strategy and customer behavior.
• Build recurring insight views, reports, or dashboards tied to business decisions.
• Tailor communication to audiences from teams to senior leaders.
• Clarify ambiguous business questions and define analytical objectives.
• Analyze data across customer, marketing, product, dealer, or operations domains.
• Develop clear recommendations and next steps based on findings.
