Job summary

Novus Media LLC in Chicago is seeking a Senior Analyst to own the reporting layer for client accounts, building dashboards and performance reports that translate media data into actionable insights. You’ll work with analytics leads, strategists, and platform specialists to ensure accuracy and usefulness of the reporting picture.

Hybrid role in Chicago with client-facing responsibilities; 2–3 years in analytics and strong SQL, Python, and BI skills preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years in a data/analytics or reporting role
• Proficiency in a modern BI/dashboarding tool
• Strong SQL skills: joins, aggregations, window functions
• Hands-on experience with paid media data from at least two platforms
• Working knowledge of Python for data wrangling/automation
• Understanding of core media metrics across platforms
• Strong attention to detail and QA
• Comfortable communicating with clients

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain client-facing dashboards translating multi‑platform media data into performance views
• Own reporting cadence: weekly pacing, monthly summaries, ad‑hoc analyses
• Design scalable reporting frameworks
• Document data logic and methodology for auditability
• Write and maintain SQL queries against cloud data warehouse
• Contribute to pipelines to centralize reporting
• Use Python for data transformation and automation
• QA own work and flag data integrity issues
