Job summary

Qualifications

• 13-15 years of total experience with 7+ years in Insurance domain.
• Ability to engage with executive/VP level stakeholders.
• Deep knowledge and understanding of the US Insurance industry.
• Strong project management and team management skills.
• Solid understanding of statistical and machine learning algorithms.
• Experience with analytic tools like R & Python and visualization tools like Qlik or Tableau.
• Exposure to cloud platforms and big data systems such as Hadoop HDFS, Hive.
• Ability to work with IT and Data Engineering teams.
• Graduate in Business Analytics or MBA.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex data and analytics programs.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client VPs and Directors.
• Lead and mentor a hybrid team of onshore and offshore data scientists.
• Work with technical leads to design scalable AI/ML pipelines.
• Apply deep Insurance domain knowledge to validate model outputs.
• Present analytical findings and quantify business value.
