Sysco is seeking a Senior Analytics Product Manager to lead analytics product strategy and deployment across multiple use cases, leveraging Sysco's core analytics engines. You will collaborate with executive leadership, Merchandising, Revenue Management, HR, and technology teams to deliver measurable business value.

The role requires strong leadership, data analytics expertise, and a track record of delivering actionable insights that drive strategic decisions in a large enterprise environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in an analytical field such as Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business, or related discipline.
• MBA or advanced degree from a top-tier institution preferred.
• 5+ years in analytics, strategy, finance, insights, consulting, or related roles.
• Experience with large datasets and advanced analytical techniques.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with business, analytics, and technology teams.
• Proven ability to develop analytical frameworks that influence strategic decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Define and align the organization around where Sysco wins and loses by leveraging data and insights from across the Enterprise Analytics Team (EAT).
• Define the analytical approach and guide model design for multiple business use cases.
• Partner with Sysco leadership to identify business opportunities and develop analytical strategies.
• Perform data mining, cleansing, transformation, and analysis across large datasets.
• Identify required data sources ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Resolve data quality issues including missing or incongruent data.
• Collaborate with Business, Data Science, and Technology teams to deploy scalable models.
• Develop performance metrics, reporting frameworks, and value realization tracking methodologies.
• Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams of analysts and SMEs.
• Translate findings into actionable insights and recommendations for strategic decisions.
• Drive adoption of analytics capabilities and foster a data-driven culture.
