Takeda is seeking a Manager, Analytics in Cambridge, MA to support the Foundational Therapeutics Platform Business Unit. Based in our Cambridge office, you will provide advanced analytics on healthcare claims, real-world evidence, and patient-level data to drive business goals and positive patient outcomes.

Reporting to the Analytics Lead for Immunoglobulins and HAE, you will partner with Data COE, Decision Sciences, and cross-functional teams to deliver insights, build analytical capabilities,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; advanced quantitative analytics degree preferred.
• 2+ years' pharmaceutical analytics experience mandatory; rare diseases a plus.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python; experience with Databricks or similar data platform.
• Hands-on data manipulation, analysis, visualization, and storytelling.
• Proficiency with Tableau or equivalent visualization tool.
• Strong learning agility, curiosity, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Define analytical approaches to understand patient journeys, markets, and performance across levels.
• Serve as SME on health data sets; advance analytics capabilities.
• Establish best practices and strategic roadmap for analytics within I&A.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for reviews, forecasting, and ad hoc workstreams.
• Develop Tableau dashboards for automated performance tracking.
