Job summary

Ignite Reading is seeking a Senior Analytics Leader to guide the Product & Program Analytics team and shape data-driven decisions across curriculum and product initiatives. You will balance people management with hands-on analytics, driving AI-enabled workflows and cross-functional collaboration with Product and Academics teams.

You will report to the VP of Data & Analytics and partner with a broader data team to accelerate insights for millions of learners.

Qualifications

Highly proficient in SQL and Python for analysis, modeling, and data manipulation.
Experience with Tableau or comparable BI tools; familiar with DBT and modern cloud data warehouses.

Responsibilities

Lead a three-person team, mentor analysts and data scientists.
Own and advance program analytics to measure curriculum performance and student success.
Own product analytics, measure feature adoption and user engagement, inform product strategy.
Develop and evolve the experimentation platform and drive best practices in experimental design.
