Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in healthcare, supply chain, consulting, or a related analytical environment.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables; macros a plus) and PowerPoint a must.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex datasets and translate findings into clear, actionable insights.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to technical and non-technical audiences required.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under tight timelines.
• Strongly prefer experience working with healthcare supply cost, utilization, or clinical data related to Physician Preference Items (including Surgical Services) and/or Med-Surg service lines.
• Familiarity with service line analytics supporting savings identification, utilization optimization, and standardization initiatives.
• Experience with SQL, Access, or other data query tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., analytics, business, healthcare, economics); advanced degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Transform complex supply cost, utilization, and clinical data into clear, actionable insights.
• Benchmarking, gap analysis, pricing and contract review, utilization analysis, opportunity identification, and presentation development.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to improving analytical standards, documentation, and repeatability.
