Job summary

Evvy is seeking a second data hire to own the full data stack, from engineering to analytics, enabling data-driven decision-making across finance, marketing, product, operations, and clinical domains.

The role is primarily in-person in New York, NY, with collaboration across cross-functional teams and leadership. You’ll shape the data architecture and analytics culture to advance women’s health.

Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years of analytics engineering, senior analytics, or data analytics experience, ideally at a startup or scaling company.
• Strong SQL and dbt fluency in real projects (staging/intermediate/marts).
• Snowflake proficiency for high-performance queries and modeling decisions.
• Comfort with Python for data work and scripting pipelines.
• Experience in subscription, ecommerce, or consumer-health analytics.
• Real experimentation chops: design, run, and read out tests.

Responsibilities

• Partner on data projects across the business; own cross-functional data relationships.
• Drive analytical depth across marketing, product, finance, and operations.
• Build and maintain the analytics layer of the dbt project with documentation and tests.
• Enable self-service through dashboards and semantic models for stakeholders.
• Design and read out experiments with PMs and marketing.
• Own analyses that drive board decks and exec reviews.
