Job summary

Home Chef is hiring a Senior Analytics Engineer to lead the end-to-end data value chain, from data capture to analytics delivery. You will design data models to serve data consumers and mentor teammates across projects.

You will spearhead complex technical initiatives, implement standards, and collaborate with product and business teams to ensure data products drive decisions and efficiency. Join a company evolving Tempo and meal-kit offerings.

Qualifications

• Completion of a four-year degree in a related field.
• Multiple years of experience with complex data topics (data engineering, data modeling, data analytics).
• Experience leading multi-person projects to completion.
• Ability to influence business stakeholders and lead presentations/meetings.
• Highly organized in work management and written code.

Responsibilities

• Convert business requests into scalable data solutions and frameworks.
• Lead end-to-end data value chain projects and mentor junior teammates.
• Document internal knowledge and best practices as needed.
• Lead the execution of complex projects from a technical standpoint.
• Collaborate with PMs to plan large projects and align resources.
