Morgan Health, a mission-driven healthcare group within JPMorgan Chase, is hiring a Senior Analytics Engineer to build the data foundation behind our research and insights work. You’ll own Morgan Health’s analytics environment, turn complex healthcare data into trusted data marts, and collaborate with data scientists and product partners.

In-office five days a week in New York, NY or Washington, DC. Responsibilities include modeling data with SQL and dbt, deploying Databricks pipelines,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as CS, information systems, engineering.
• 5+ years of analytics engineering or related experience building curated datasets.
• Proficiency in SQL with modular, tested dbt transformations.
• Ownership of dbt project lifecycle: automated testing, CI/CD, monitoring.
• Experience with Databricks and production data pipelines; Python or R for analysis.
• Strong communication across cross‑functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain data models and data marts using SQL and dbt.
• Create POC data products and iterate to production quality.
• Design robust automated testing frameworks and quality checks.
• Build Databricks pipelines and production jobs with CI/CD.
• Lead code reviews and promote coding standards and maintainability.
• Document data dictionaries, model descriptions, and lineage for governance.
