Job summary

TubeScience Labs in Los Angeles seeks an Analytics Engineer or Senior Analytics Engineer to own data systems that tie ad performance to creative decisions. You will ingest from Meta, TikTok, Google and Snapchat, model data in Snowflake, and present insights in Power BI, impacting marketing and product choices.

You will join a small, AI‑empowered team with end‑to‑end ownership, from discovery to deployment, using the latest models and tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in analytics engineering or data engineering with ownership of production data systems.
• Experience with advertising/marketing performance data from platforms like Meta, TikTok, Google or Snapchat.
• Strong SQL and Python; can map source APIs to business metrics or reports.
• Experience designing data models and warehouse architectures for changing needs.
• Built or maintained orchestrated pipelines with reliability and data quality checks.
• Developed Power BI reports or semantic datasets with stakeholders.
• Familiar with GitHub-based development and cloud infra (AWS or GCP).
• Able to explain trade-offs to technical and business partners.

Responsibilities

• Build and evolve the data platform from ingestion to BI and application delivery.
• Extract and integrate advertising data from multiple platforms via their APIs and Python.
• Create Snowflake models and define metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Maintain and improve Power BI reporting; link ad outcomes to creative strategy.
• Investigate discrepancies, add observability, and automate repetitive tasks.
• Collaborate with data, product, engineering, and business partners on analytics and ML approaches.
