Alloy is seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer to anchor how data is modeled, governed, and exposed to internal teams and customers. You will work with Data Science, Product, Engineering, and client-facing groups to ensure data assets are trustworthy and scalable.
You’ll design robust dbt models as the authoritative analytics foundation, own the semantic layer, and collaborate on Snowflake design, performance, and data delivery.
The Data Platform team sits within Alloy's Intelligence vertical and owns the infrastructure that powers how data is modeled, governed, and delivered—both internally and to customers. We work at the intersection of data engineering and analytical depth, with a stack built around dbt, Snowflake, and Artie, and we are investing in our semantic layer.
This is an early but high‑leverage moment for Analytics Engineering at Alloy. You will help establish the patterns, standards, and culture of Analytics Engineering here and play a central role in building our data-driven product stack.
Alloy operates in a hybrid‑work environment. Employees are expected to be onsite three days a week.
As a Senior Analytics Engineer, you are a technical anchor for how Alloy models, governs, and exposes data. You will work closely with Data Science, Product, Engineering, and client‑facing teams to ensure our data assets are trustworthy, well‑documented, and built for scale.
Alloy is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Salary range for this role is $198,000 – $250,000. The position is also eligible for equity awards (ISOs) and a competitive total benefits package.
