Position

TITLE: Senior Analytics Engineer

Responsibilities

Support our data infrastructure which includes Snowflake, dbt, Sigma, and GCP services. Educate the organization on analytical approaches to drive business decisions. Research, design, and implement best practices in managing data platforms. Partner with data analysts, engineers, and scientists to build reusable data infrastructure, analytics, dashboards, and models. Lead transformational efforts to build a data driven culture at ID.me by enabling data self-service. Provide technical guidance, mentorship, coaching and/or training to data analysts.

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Analytics, Engineering, Math, Physics, Statistics, or related quantitative field and five (5) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience as a Senior Analytics Engineer or any occupation related to database architecture.

• Must have five (5) years of experience with: Data Analytics and SQL.
• Must have three (3) years of experience with: Data Warehousing technologies such as Snowflake, Redshift, or Bigquery.
• Must have three (3) years of experience with: Building transformational data models in dbt (Data Build Tool) and Snowflake.
• Must have three (3) years of experience with: Implementing best practices in SQL modeling.
• Must have three (3) years of experience with: Automating and integrating code changes and updates in CI/CD frameworks.
• Must have three (3) years of experience with: Developing data architecture and design.
• Must have three (3) years of experience with: Utilizing visualization/reporting tools including Sigma, Tableau, or Looker.

Travel

Travel required up to 10% of the time to ID.me's office locations and conferences within the U.S.

Compensation

Salary: $225,000 per year
