Job summary

Eversource Energy is seeking a senior analytics leader to guide a team responsible for strategic reporting, advanced analytics and productivity improvements across Safety, Training and Fleet operations. The role requires strong Power BI and data modeling skills, plus cross-functional collaboration to drive efficiency.

The position supports a hybrid work model with travel between MA/CT/NH as needed and a focus on data quality, governance and long-term planning to inform budgets and staffing

Qualifications

Eight to ten years of related experience in data handling and business performance analysis.
Experience leading analytics teams and driving data-driven decision making.
Strong proficiency with relational databases and data warehouses.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of analytics professionals in delivering strategic reporting, advanced analytics, and productivity initiatives.
Maintain proficiency in Power BI, LMS, Maximo, and Excel for enterprise reporting.
Partner with business units to implement data-driven process improvements and measure impact.
