• PhD with 3+ years in program coordination or equivalent experience.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional programs in GMP settings.
• Regulatory understanding relevant to CMC activities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as single technical voice to sponsor for five to seven active programs.
• Own program-level analytical strategy, method selection, validation transfer plan.
• Sign off on validation protocol scope and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate with validation/tech transfer leads on activities.
• Run sponsor-level standing meetings under batched governance.
